IRC Operator commands:
/connect target port
Description: Force the remote server to try establishing a new server connection to the target server, on the specified port.
Description: Used by IRC operators to force the server to exit and cease activity.
Description: reconfigure a server
/kill nick comment
Description: The KILL message is used to cause a client-server connection to be closed by the server which has the actual connection. KILL is used by servers when they encounter a duplicate entry in the list of valid nicknames and is used to remove both entries. It is also available to operators.
/oper nick password
Description: Used by a normal user to gain operator privileges.
Description: Used by IRC operators to force the server to re-read its configuration file.
Description: Used by IRC operators to force the server to restart.
/squit server comment
Description: Close a server connection.
IRC client commands:
